you have not mentioned your date of journey

PQWL is pooled quota waiting list which means the quota allotted to other stations like tirulmala/ renigunta/ nellore/pakala etc etc for this train are pooled together and any unfilled berths even from these stations will be allotted to you ., therefore your chances are bright (as your wl is 3)

but again it is difficult since because this is a train starting from yeswantpur to howrah , along distance one covering important places like coastal andhra , odissa , and westbengal ., so the cancellation/unfulfilled quota will not be there

so the chances are 50-50

you can try in seshadri exp travel upto samalkot and change there or tirupati -vizag express

If you have PQWL ticket the chances are very less as compared to GNWL. I suggest you take GNWL ticket which has first priority over any other quota in reservation.

PMOQ means Pool quota waiting list. Which is provided to passenger for intermediate station, and it will get cleared if same pool cancellation will be made. As you have 3 waiting, I am sure you will get confirm seat as soon as chart will prepare few hours before leaving train from origin station.
